A Reserved by Spotify ticket offer provides its recipients with the ability to purchase up to two tickets to an artist’s tour for a dedicated time frame. If you get a Reserved by Spotify ticket offer, Spotify holds tickets for you for the duration of your reservation window, so you don’t need to log on the moment the presale starts to ensure you get tickets.

Tickets are reserved for the tour overall, not for a particular concert date or location, so you still need to choose a date, location, and seats when you buy. Not all dates, venues, or seats are available. Other terms apply.

How Reserved by Spotify tickets work

Spotify receives a limited ticket allocation for each campaign event. Because demand often far exceeds ticket availability, only Spotify subscribers that are the artist’s most dedicated fans will be selected for a ticket reservation.

Notes:

• Reserved by Spotify tickets are first sale. You can’t purchase resale tickets through the program.
• Tickets will only be available for a limited time.

To be eligible for Reserved by Spotify program you need to meet the following requirements:

• You must have a Premium plan
  • Premium Mini or Lite plans are not eligible
• You’re in the available market. At this time, only the US is available
• Your account is at least one week old
• You’re not eligible if you are on a free trial
• You're 18 and over

Is Accessible seating available as part of the program?

While our allocation from Ticketmaster should be representative of the ticket types at the show, we cannot guarantee the availability of accessible seating. If you have already purchased tickets you can reach out to Ticketmaster for further assistance with accessibility seating.

Are Reserved by Spotify tickets for specific sections only, or can I buy tickets in any section?

Only specific tickets can be purchased through Reserved. There will typically be a variety of ticket locations at different price levels available, but this will vary based on the layout and seating configuration for each show. Availability could change as other users buy tickets, so the ticket location options may be more limited depending on your purchase time.

Are there different price points of Reserved by Spotify?

Yes, there will be a variety of ticket price levels available. However, we can’t guarantee what will be available as other users may have already purchased tickets, leaving only one or two price options left when you purchase.

Can I use my Reserved by Spotify access to buy additional packages during checkout, such as VIP access, parking, etc.?

Depending on the event, there may be additional options available during checkout. However, having a Reserved ticket does not guarantee the availability of or access to these add-ons.

Can I use my Reserved by Spotify access to purchase tickets at the venue box office?

No, purchases can only be made on the Ticketmaster website or app.

I accidentally deleted the email/dismissed the notification. Can you resend it?

Search for the artist on the Spotify app and open the events tab. While your reservation is active there will be a banner stripe you can tap that will take you to the campaign page.

I declined my ticket reservation, but changed my mind. Can I get a new reservation to buy tickets?

We’re unable to add ticket reservations once they have been declined. However, more tickets will go on sale during the public sale.
