Audiobook refund policy

You can request a refund of your audiobook purchase if:

  • The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
  • You’ve listened to less than 50% of the audiobook content

To request a refund, contact us.

Note: Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Spotify's discretion. For more information, check out our Audiobooks Purchase Terms and Conditions.

When we process a refund, the audiobook is automatically removed from Your Library Your Library icon.

If an audiobook you’ve purchased is found to be in violation of our terms or policies, we may revoke your access and issue a refund, based on our Audiobook Purchase Terms and Conditions.
