Become a member

Note: Memberships are independent from Spotify Premium subscriptions.

1. Tap on a locked episode or on the membership banner.
2. Choose a tier and follow the steps provided to complete the purchase.
3. You’ll be redirected back to Spotify where the content will be unlocked.
   1. You can also copy the Private RSS Link in your confirmation email and paste it into any podcast app

• Your membership automatically renews at the end of the membership period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can also choose to display a member badge when you make comments on episodes of the show. This can be turned off anytime by tapping the member badge near the top of the show’s page.

Note: You can choose to share your name and email with the creator when you join a membership.

Manage your podcast memberships

To manage your Membership, use the Podcast memberships page in your Spotify account settings or visit members.spotify.com and log in.

1. Log into Spotify.
2. Head to spotify.com/account, or tap your profile and then Account to be brought to the Account management page.
3. Find the Podcast memberships tile. You’ll find all active memberships that you currently have associated with your Spotify account.

For each membership you can:

• Edit your payment method
• Change your membership tier if a different tier is offered
• Cancel your membership
• Show or hide your name and email from the creator
• Show the Member badge next to your comments

Cancelling your podcast membership

To cancel your membership, you can visit members.spotify.com and log in, or follow these steps:

1. Log into Spotify.
2. Head to your https://spotify.com/account or tap your profile and then Account to be brought to the Account management page.
3. Find the Podcast memberships tile.
4. Find the Membership you’d like to cancel.
5. Select Cancel membership.

Alternatively, you can cancel your membership via email:

1. Open the confirmation email you received upon becoming a Member to the show to find a link to cancel.
2. Click the link to cancel your membership.

You keep access to your membership until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you have experienced fraud, you may be eligible for a refund. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to the Membership Consumer Terms.

If you were a part of a membership that has been cancelled or discontinued, you will continue to have access to member-only content until the end of your current billing cycle.
