Spotify on Sonos

Combine Spotify and Sonos for the ultimate home music experience.

With Spotify Premium, you can enjoy on-demand access to Spotify on your Sonos device, and:

  • Access the Spotify catalog of over 30 million tracks.
  • Search tracks, albums, and artists.
  • Play your saved songs, artists, albums and playlists.
  • Browse songs by mood, genre, and occasion.
  • Listen to Spotify Radio.
  • Control the music remotely using Spotify Connect.

Play on Sonos

You can control your Sonos system from the Sonos controller, the Sonos mobile app, or any computer to stream different tracks to different rooms of the house, all in pitch perfect sound quality.

To create, modify, or share playlists, use the Spotify desktop app.

Note: Spotify playlist folders are not supported in Sonos controllers or apps. But you will still find the playlists from those folders under Playlists.

Sonos and Spotify Connect

You can also use Spotify Connect to play on your Sonos device remotely.

If you can’t find your Sonos in the Spotify Devices Menu, double check that you’ve enabled Control Sonos from Spotify in the Sonos app settings.

Check out the Sonos guide for more information.
