Premium Early Access gives Premium subscribers in India access to new releases before listeners on the free plan. After up to three days, every Spotify listener gets access. No music is permanently held back.

When you subscribe to Spotify Premium, you're providing valuable support to the artists you love. With UMG's ‘Hear It First’, participating artists and their labels can collaborate with Spotify to choose to make select new releases available to Premium subscribers up to three days early. Every Spotify listener gets access after that - or free listeners can subscribe at any time to get early access.

Select new releases where the artist and their label have chosen to offer early access. Not all new releases will have an early access window.

How do I get early access?

Early access is included with any Spotify Premium plans. If you're already a subscriber, eligible releases will appear in your feed automatically - no action needed.

I'm a Premium subscriber but I can't access a release. What do I do?

Make sure your app is up to date and your subscription is active. If you're still having trouble, contact Spotify Support.
