Can’t log in to Spotify for Creators

Pick the issue you’re having from the sections below to find the fix.

  • If you've forgotten your password, use password reset.

If you're not sure which email or username you used, try entering possible email addresses into the password reset page. The page tells you if there’s no account linked to an email.

Note: You might've signed up with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with each to find your account.

  • This usually means you have more than one Spotify account.

Try logging out and back in using different email addresses you own.

If you’re not sure of your main account’s email, go to password reset and try all your possible emails. The page tells you if there’s no account linked to an email.

Note: You might've signed up with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with each to find your account.

  • You can’t log in with an Anchor account anymore.

Here’s how to regain access to your podcast:

    1. Go to creators.spotify.com and log in with any Spotify account.
