Fix a Spotify Canvas upload error
If you see an upload error, check that your Canvas meets the specs below or use the Spotify for Artists mobile app.
Check your file
- 3–8 seconds
- 9:16 vertical ratio
- 720 – 1080 px tall
- MP4 or JPG
If the length or size is even slightly off, the upload can fail. Use your device’s media tool or an online checker to confirm the specs.
