Music videos on Spotify
Music videos bring your releases to life and play directly in the Now Playing view.
Premium subscribers in most countries and regions outside the US can watch them.
Delivering music videos to Spotify
Labels and distributors deliver music videos to Spotify. They handle the distribution of your music and pay streaming royalties.
Music videos are in beta with a limited number of labels and distributors. Artists can't upload music videos directly.
We're working to expand access to music videos. If you’re an artist, talk to your distributor for more info. Labels and distributors can reach out to their contact at Spotify.
Managing music videos in Spotify for Artists
Once your music video is delivered, go to Video & Visuals then Music videos to see all your videos ordered by release date.
The Music videos tab is only visible to artists with videos on Spotify.
Alongside music videos, you can continue using Spotify for Artists tools like Clips or Canvas to build out the visual world around your music.
Note: If your label or distributor removes a music video from Spotify, it disappears from Spotify for Artists too.
Availability of music videos for listeners
Listeners can watch your music videos while playing your song by hitting Switch to video on the Now Playing View.
They can also switch to landscape for a full screen video.
Music videos are in beta. They're available to free listeners in Brazil and Colombia, and Premium subscribers in these countries and regions:
