Price updates

We're updating our Premium prices to ensure we can continue to innovate in changing market conditions and deliver the best audio content around the world. These changes help us keep providing subscribers with a highly personalized experience and powerful discovery tools, ultimately continuing to deliver value to our fans.

• When will I start getting charged the new price for my Premium plan?

  Existing Spotify Premium plan subscribers will be notified via email and those who agree to the new price will be given a three-month grace period before the new price becomes effective. For those who do not agree by the specified deadline, Spotify reserves its ordinary right to terminate the subscription upon notice. If Spotify serves such notice of termination, the subscriber will be switched to our free, ad-supported service after that notice period ends.

• I’m on a trial offer. Will I have to pay the new price after my trial ends?

  If you're on a trial offer, you'll continue to be charged the original price until the new price takes effect on your next billing date on or after November 15, 2025. You will be notified before the new price becomes effective. If you do not agree to the new price, Spotify will take the action of terminating your subscription, and you'll be automatically switched to our free, ad-supported service.

• What if I don't want to pay this new price?

  We offer a variety of paid subscription plans designed to meet your evolving needs. Check out the Spotify website to see if you’re eligible for other plans.

  Alternatively, we also provide a free, ad-supported service that allows you to stay connected with your favorite music, podcasts, and access to all your saved tracks, playlists, and podcasts.

  You can cancel at any time, just remember to do it before your next billing date.

• Where can I find my billing date?

  Your billing date depends on which day you subscribed to our service. Check it out on your account page.

• Can I still redeem my gift card?

  Yes, you can still redeem your gift card even if it was bought at a lower price. Please note that gift cards can only be redeemed on the Premium Individual plan.
