Audiobook refund policy

In addition to any right to a refund that you might have by law, you can request a refund for the audiobook that you unlocked if:

  • The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
  • You’ve listened to less than 50% of the audiobook content

To request a refund, contact us.

Note: Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Spotify’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. For more information, check out our Audiobooks Unlock Terms and Conditions.

When we process a refund, the audiobook is automatically removed from Your Library Collection.

If an audiobook you’ve unlocked is found to be in violation of our terms or policies, we may revoke your access and issue a refund, based on our Audiobook Unlock Terms and Conditions.
