You need a Spotify account to use Spotify for Creators.

• Select Continue with Spotify if you created your login with your Spotify account, or if you’ve changed your login to a Spotify account.
• Select Haven't updated your account yet if you created your account with Anchor.
  Note: You'll need to change to a Spotify login once you've accessed your account. Learn more
