Invite your co-hosts and other team members to help manage your podcast.

Learn how to change to a Spotify login

Your teammates need their own Spotify account to join your team.

On web:

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
2. Click Team then Manage Team.
3. Fill in your team member's details.
4. Select the access levels your team member should have to each feature.

5. Click Invite.

We’ll send them an email with a few steps to follow, then they’re in.

Note: It's not possible to invite team members via the Spotify for Creators mobile app.

Removing a team member

On web:

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
2. Click Team then Manage Team.
3. Select Team members in the left sidebar.
4. Click the 3 dots next to the team member you want to remove.
5. Select Remove.

• Can I reverse an action my team member took?

  It isn't currently possible to reverse actions taken by a team member.

• Why can’t my team member(s) access the show I invited them to?

  If your team member hasn't received an invite, check that you sent their invite to the correct email address.

  If you used the wrong email address, follow the steps under Removing access to team members to remove the invite, then re-invite them.
