Refund policy for purchased audiobook listening hours
In addition to any rights to a refund that you might have by law, you can request a refund of your audiobook listening hours purchase if:
- The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
- No part of the listening time was consumed
To request a refund, contact us.
Notes:
- As a heads up, we can’t refund payments made through Google Play so you’ll need to speak to Google about refund requests. Contact Google.
- Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Spotify’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. For more information, please see our Paid Subscription Terms & help article.
When a refund is processed, the audiobook listening hours will be removed from the account.
