Stripe Express account

Set up a Stripe Express account to start earning money with Spotify for Creators.

When you activate one of our monetization options from your Monetize tab, you may be prompted to set up a Stripe Express account. Follow the steps to get started and link your Stripe Express and Spotify for Creators accounts.

Note: You can only link each Stripe Express account to one Spotify for Creators account.

Making changes to your Stripe Express account

You can update the following details from your Monetize tab in Spotify for Creators:

• Debit card or bank information
• Name
• Address
• Date of birth
• Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

Head to Stripe to update your email address or phone number, or to view or change your tax info:

1. Go to Monetize
2. Under Wallet, find click Go to Stripe.
3. Follow the steps to view and update your details.

Trouble accessing your Stripe Express account?

You should receive a 2-step verification text message from Stripe to verify your identity when you log in to your Stripe Express dashboard.

If you've changed your phone number or email address since setting up your account, contact Stripe Support for help.

Unlinking your Stripe Express account

Contact us if you'd like to unlink your Stripe Express account from your Spotify for Creators account.
