Payments for Family plan
We're introducing a new Family plan in your market, that allows up to 4 family members to join, including the plan manager. You can also purchase up to 2 additional accounts if you need more accounts in your plan.
Note: If you signed up for Premium Family before August 4th, 2025, your current 6-member Family plan will remain unchanged.
How it works
- We only charge the plan manager (the person who signed up for the plan), never other members.
- We charge the plan manager the full amount, regardless of if or how many members join.
- The plan manager can buy up to 2 additional accounts. Learn how under ‘Buy additional accounts for your plan’.
Note: To buy new accounts, you need to add 4 members to your plan and have signed up with a recurring payment method.
Note: You can’t pay for Premium Family by mobile, or with another company. If you already pay this way, you first need to cancel and wait for your current Premium to end.
Already have Premium?
If you already have Premium, your billing switches automatically - you don’t need to cancel anything.
- For plan managers: Your new payment date will likely be a few days earlier than usual to cover the price difference.
- For plan members: All payments are made by the plan’s manager. Any remaining Premium time you have is forfeited.
