Your billing date
Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribed.
You can find your billing date at the top of your account page.
Or by checking your plan details in the Spotify app:
- Tap your profile picture at the top.
- Tap Settings and privacy
.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Billing.
I want to change my billing date
You can’t change your billing date, but you can:
- Cancel your plan.
- Wait for your plan to switch to free (at your next billing date).
- Resubscribe on the day you’d like to be charged.
If you had a Duo or Family plan, you’ll need to invite your members again.
Note: Your account needs to stay free until the day you want the new billing to start. If you resubscribe before then, it will stay the same.
