Digital voice narration means using synthetic-voice technology instead of a human voice to narrate your audiobook.
We accept audiobooks with digital voice narration on Spotify.
When you upload your audiobook through Spotify for Authors, select the This audiobook uses digital voice narration option.
We’ll add a short sentence to your book’s description to let listeners know it uses digital narration.
Note: We don’t currently share audiobooks with digital voice narration to referral partners.
Accepted providers
We accept audiobooks with digital voice narration from providers like Google Play Books, ElevenLabs, and more.
Replacing digital voice narration with human narration
If you replace your digital narration with a human voice version, unselect the This audiobook uses digital voice narration option.
We’ll remove the disclosure sentence from your audiobook’s description.
