Choosing a digital voice for your audiobook

Choose the digital voice that narrates your audiobook during the Voice step.

Spotify for Authors offers a selection of digital voices from ElevenLabs.

Previewing voices

To preview a voice:

1. Go to the Voice step.
2. Press play on a voice to hear a sample using text from your book.
3. Select the voice you want to use.

You can use 1 voice per audiobook.

Changing your voice

You can change your voice selection before you select Submit and Publish.

After publishing, you can create a new version of your audiobook with a different voice. Learn more.
