Eligibility for Creator Milestone Awards

The Spotify Creator Milestone Awards are a global creator recognition program that celebrates creators achieving high levels of engagement on-platform.

Effective July 2026, to be eligible for the Spotify Creator Milestone Awards, your show must, at a minimum:

• Hit the global all-time plays threshold for a given tier:
  • 500 Million plays on Spotify
  • 250 Million plays on Spotify
  • 50 Million or 100 Million plays on Spotify (depending on market)
• Be original or properly licensed. For example, content with audio that consists primarily of non-speech noises or sounds may be ineligible
• Be actively posting on the Spotify platform within the last 12 months
• Adhere to the applicable Spotify platform terms

Eligibility criteria may change at any time. Awards will be distributed bi-annually. The Spotify Creator Milestone Awards are given at Spotify’s discretion.

Shows do not need to be hosted on Spotify for Creators or be a part of the Spotify Partner Program to be eligible for this award.
