  • Create a playlist
  • Like music to save it to Your Library

Siri not working as expected?

Here are some common fixes if Siri doesn’t play what you asked for.

What to do

How to do it

Update the app and restart your phone

Make sure you have the latest version of Spotify, then restart your phone and try your request again.

Add “on Spotify” to your request

If Siri plays from a different app, add “on Spotify” to the end. The more you use Spotify with Siri, the more it learns your preference.

Ask for content by name

If Siri doesn’t resume what you were listening to, say its name, like “Play [podcast name] on Spotify”.
