Manage Premium Platinum members

• Setting up your Platinum plan

  Note: Plan members can only switch plans once every 12 months.

  1. Set up your Platinum plan
  2. Go to your account page.
  3. Under Manage your plan, select Change plan (if you're on Premium), or Join Premium (if you're on free).
  4. Scroll down and select Premium Platinum.
  5. Enter your address and choose your preferred payment method.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Note: If you already have Premium with a partner company (ex. your phone or internet provider), you first need to cancel with them and wait for your current Premium to end.

• Invite or remove Platinum Plan members

  • The plan manager can add or remove members on their account page.
  • Check out Invite or remove Platinum plan members for more details.
  • If you want to downgrade, you need to switch to a new plan. Check out How to change Premium plans. Note: Removing plan members won’t downgrade your plan.

  
  

Join or leave a Platinum plan

Note: Plan members can only switch plans once every 12 months.

• You need to be logged into your own Spotify account and have received an email to join.
• You need to be living with the plan manager
• Enter the same home address as the plan manager upon joining the plan

• Joining a Platinum plan as a member

  On desktop

  1. Open the invite link.
  2. Click Accept invite.
  3. Select Yes, continue to confirm you’re accepting the invite with the right Spotify account, or select Change account to choose a different one.
  4. Enter the address for your plan, and Confirm.

• Leaving a Platinum plan if you’re a member

  On desktop

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
  3. Click Cancel plan under Available Plans.
  4. Choose Yes, cancel.
