Setting your billing contact under a group email

Your billing contact is the person on your Spotify for Artists team who receives invoices or credit card purchase receipts for your Marquee or Showcase campaigns.

If you work for a label or management company, we recommend setting your billing contact under an email alias or group email address that several people at your company have access to.

That way, you don’t lose access to your invoices if a team member leaves your company.

Note: Each team can only have 1 billing contact.

Adding a new account to your Spotify for Artists team

1. Create a free Spotify account under a group email address at spotify.com/signup.
   Tip: Open this URL in an incognito/private window if you’re already logged in.
2. Log back in to your regular account and go to manage.spotify.com/teams.
3. Select the team.
4. Click Invite and enter your new account’s details.
   Note: Make sure to set your new account’s access level to Admin so it can become your billing contact.
5. Click Send invite.

We’ll send an invite email in your group email address. Make sure you log in to your new Spotify account when you accept the invite.

Setting your new account as your billing contact

1. Go to artists.spotify.com/c/billing.
2. Select the team you want to set a billing contact for (if you’re in multiple teams).
3. Click Edit next to Billing information.
4. Select your new account as your Billing contact.
5. Click Save.
