Resetting your password

Go to spotify.com/password-reset and enter your username or email address.

Not received the password reset email?

• Check your spam and junk folders
• If you're using a Gmail account, check the Social tab
• Try requesting the password reset email again

No account associated with email address?

Try entering any other email addresses you might have used to sign up.

Note: There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try using these to find your account.

Lost access to account email?

Contact us if you can’t reset your password because you don’t have access to your account’s email anymore.

Using an Anchor login?

It's no longer possible to log in with an Anchor account.

To regain access to your podcast:

1. Go to creators.spotify.com and log in to any Spotify account.
   Note: If you don't have a Spotify account, you can create one for free.
2. Hit your avatar/the 3 lines in the top-right corner, then Add a new show. On mobile, you need to tap the arrow at the bottom of the screen to see this option.
3. Select Find an existing show then Spotify for Creators.
4. Search for your podcast’s name or the email address on your Anchor account.

We'll send a verification code to the email address associated with this podcast.

Enter that code to regain access to your podcast.
