Membership analytics

As of October 20th, 2026, Podcast Subscriptions have become Memberships. Read more about the changes here.

Track how many members you have and how they're engaging with metrics like growth, retention, and cancellation rates.

You need an active membership in order to access membership analytics.

To access analytics:

1. Go to Memberships.
2. Click Performance.

You can export any chart as a CSV.

Estimated earnings analytics

Your Estimated earnings analytics will give you a sense of your overall membership earnings. You can view your data across the tiers you offer.

Members analytics

Members analytics shows your overall member growth over time. You can view your data across the tiers you offer.

Conversion and retention analytics

Conversion analytics show how much of your audience is converting to your membership offering.

You’ll be able to see new member growth, and how many members that start off with a free trial become a full-time member.

Retention analytics show how many members stay a part of your membership month-to-month. You’ll have access to both retention and cancellations data.

Exporting your member list

You can export information regarding your members to communicate with them using the Export button.

Note: Members must first opt in to sharing their name and contact information

Data fluctuations

Membership analytics update every 24 hours.

You may see your earnings spike on days that line up with your monthly members’ billing dates.

Your data goes back up to 1 year, depending on when you started Memberships (or Subscriptions).
