Switching away from Spotify for Creators with a 301 redirect

If you’re moving your show from Spotify for Creators to another host, it’s important to redirect your RSS feed before you close your Spotify for Creators account.

A 301 redirect ensures that your audience - on Spotify and other platforms - stays subscribed to your show after you’ve moved.

To redirect your feed:

1. Go to your Spotify for Creators settings on web.
   Note: It’s not possible to redirect your feed from the Spotify for Creators mobile app.
2. Find Redirect your podcast.
3. Paste your show's RSS feed at your new host into the box.
4. Click Redirect.

Note: If you monetize your show using Podcast Subscriptions or Listener Support you’ll need to disable this via your Monetize tab in Spotify for Creators.

It can take up to 7 days for your redirect to complete.

If you'd like to delete your Spotify for Creators account, we recommend waiting at least a week after redirecting your show to make sure you keep your audience.
