Inviting your team to manage a show

Invite your co-hosts and other team members to help manage your podcast.

Learn how to change to a Spotify login

Your teammates need their own Spotify account to join your team.

On web:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Team then Manage Team.
  3. Fill in your team member's details.
  4. Select the access levels your team member should have to each feature.
  5. Click Invite.

We’ll send them an email with a few steps to follow, then they’re in.

Note: It's not possible to invite team members via the Spotify for Creators mobile app.

Access levels

You can select your team members' access levels to the Episodes, Analytics, and Interact tabs.

In the future you’ll be able to select their access level to the Monetize tab too.

Reader

Can view the feature but can't make changes

Editor

Can create, edit, and save changes to the feature

Manager

Full access to the feature

Select Set user as Admin to give the team member access to manage other team members.

Removing a team member

On web:

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Team then Manage Team.
  3. Select Team members in the left sidebar.
  4. Click the 3 dots next to the team member you want to remove.
  5. Select Remove.
