Adding a new show
With Spotify for Creators, you can create and host audio and video podcasts, as well as manage podcasts you host with other platforms.
Create a new show
Choose this option if:
- You’re launching a new podcast or show.
- You currently post videos on other platforms and want to add them to Spotify.
You can upload audio, video, or a mix of both. To record and edit audio or video, check out our integration with Riverside.
Your episodes will be automatically distributed to Spotify. After your first episode is published, you can easily distribute to other platforms too.

Find an existing show
Choose this option if you currently host your podcast with Buzzsprout, Libsyn, Podbean, or any other hosting platform besides Spotify for Creators.
You can:
- Claim ownership of your podcast if it’s already on Spotify.
- Submit your podcast so it can be distributed to Spotify from your podcast host.
You’ll need your podcast’s RSS feed to find or submit the show.
Finding and claiming ownership of your show on Spotify for Creators lets you:
- Read and respond to your fans’ comments on your episodes
- Enhance your episodes with video and polls
- Check your show’s analytics
- Add trailers, previews, transcripts, and chapters to your show
- Changing to a Spotify login
- Logging in to Spotify for Creators
