Reviewing eligible songs
Click Download CSV to see the full list of eligible songs for next month’s campaign, along with relevant song info.
Tip: Make sure downloads are enabled in your browser’s permissions.
The songs in your CSV are organized in the following order:
- Songs that have become eligible since your last campaign
- Songs that were selected for your previous campaign (these will automatically be pre-populated with “Yes”)
- Songs that weren't selected for your previous campaign, but are still eligible
Note: If you decide to download a new CSV at a later date, the list of eligible songs is updated daily from the 11th until the end of the month. We don't expect significant changes in eligibility throughout the month.
Selecting eligible songs
Type "Yes" in the Select for campaign? column to include the song in the upcoming campaign. Any eligible songs from your last campaign will already have this field filled out.
If you leave this field blank, that song won't be included.
When you're done, save the file with a new name in CSV format.
Note: Campaigns don't roll over automatically. You need to submit your songs each month to ensure you have an active campaign.
Uploading selected songs
- Return to the Discovery Mode campaign management window in your browser and click Next to get to the Upload selection step.
- Click Upload CSV, then select your edited song selection CSV file from your device.
- Click Next to start uploading your file.
Correcting errors
You may see a message that we found errors in your CSV file. You can:
- Resolve errors: Click Download CSV, correct all the rows with errors, and re-upload the file.
- Remove songs with errors: Select this option to continue your campaign without any songs that have been flagged with an error.
