Deleting a Spotify author profile

If you’ve removed all your audiobooks from Spotify, your Spotify author profile won’t be searchable. It will only be accessible to people with the direct link.

If you need to fully delete your author profile, contact us.

If you’d also like to delete your personal Spotify account, head to your account page.

Note: Delete your Spotify account doesn’t delete your author profile. Author profiles are managed separately by authors and publishers.

Authors who work with publishers

Your publisher(s) might still be able to create an author profile for your author name or pen name if there are titles available on Spotify. If you don't want this, let your publisher know.

If a publisher manages your author profile on your behalf (including if you don’t have your own Spotify for Authors account), ask them to update it or delete it for you.
