Charged for a free trial

When you sign up for a free trial, you may see an authorization charge for a nominal amount appear on your account. This authorization charge allows us to verify the validity of your payment method. It’s only a temporary hold and will disappear within a short time.

While we release these funds immediately, it may take longer for your bank to process.

Trial eligibility

You're not eligible for free trials if:

  • You've already had a trial
  • You've purchased Premium before
  • You've been a member of Premium Family or Premium Duo

Paid subscription charges

Once your free trial has ended, your paid subscription will continue at the advertised recurring price, unless you cancel it beforehand.

You can check your receipts, and details of your plan and payments on your account page.
