Replacing an existing episode with video

You can replace the content of an episode with video, even if it was originally an audio episode. Make sure that the audio from your episode is included in the video file you upload.

1. Go to creators.spotify.com and find the Episodes page.
   Note: It’s not possible to replace episodes with video on the mobile app.
2. Click the episode whose content you want to replace.
3. Beneath the preview of your episode, click Upload new file.
4. Choose a file to upload. If you’ve chosen a video, you can select or upload a thumbnail for your video.
5. Once the file has uploaded and finished processing, click Save to publish the replacement.

Supported file types

We support .MOV and .MP4 video files, and we recommend a 16x9 aspect ratio.
