Changing your login from Passport to Spotify

You need a Spotify account to log in to Spotify for Authors.

If you previously used Passport, your account may be under a separate email address and password.

How to change your login

1. Go to authors.spotify.com
2. Click Need to change your login?.
3. Log in with your Passport credentials.
4. Follow the steps to change to a Spotify login.

Don’t have a Spotify account? You can create one for free

After you've changed your login to Spotify, you'll use the same username/email and password to log in to both Spotify and Spotify for Authors.

Which Spotify account to use

You can use any Spotify account.

We recommend your Spotify account uses your business email address.
