With music videos on Spotify, releases can be brought to life with official music videos that are connected directly to your music and watched right from the Now Playing view.
Music videos can be watched by Premium subscribers in most non-US countries and regions where Spotify is available.
Uploading music videos
Music videos are delivered to Spotify by labels and distributors. They handle the distribution of your music and pay streaming royalties.
Note: Music videos are in beta with a limited number of labels and distributors. Artists can't upload music videos directly.

Music videos in Spotify for Artists
Once your music video is delivered, go to 
Video & Visuals then Music videos to see all your videos ordered by video release date.
Alongside music videos, you can continue using Spotify for Artists tools like Clips or Canvas to build out the visual world around your music.
Who can watch my music videos?
Spotify Premium subscribers can watch your music videos while playing your song by hitting 
Switch to video on the Now Playing View.
You can also switch your view to landscape for a full screen video.
