Verify your email address

For security, we sometimes ask you to verify your email address.

Tap SEND EMAIL when the app asks you to verify, and we’ll send a verification link to the email address registered to your Spotify account.

Old email address?

If the email address registered to your Spotify account is old, or you’ve lost access to it, tap Edit email address to update it.

Didn’t get the email?

• Check your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders (ex. Promotions)
• Check your inbox for any filters or settings that might be hiding or blocking emails from @spotify
• Restart the app and try again
