Refund policy for Top-up audiobook hours
In addition to any rights to a refund that you might have by law, you can request a refund of your top-up audiobook listening hours purchase if:
- The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
- You have not consumed any of the top-up hours
To request a refund, contact us.
Notes:
- As a heads up, we can't refund payments made through Google Play so you'll need to speak to Google about refund requests. Contact Google.
- Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Spotify's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. For more information, please see our Paid Subscription Terms & help article.
When we process a refund, the top-up hours will be removed from your account.
