Spotify for Creators' monetization options
Availability depends on your location, audience size, and where your show is hosted:
- Subscriptions: Create subscriber-only episodes that fans can pay a monthly subscription to access. Learn more about Subscriptions
- Spotify Partner Program: A monetization program available to creators in select markets, where creators can earn from multiple revenue streams depending on the types of content they publish and who streams that content. Learn more about the Spotify Partner Program
- Spotify Open Access: You can offer and manage subscriptions through one of our partner membership platforms like Patreon or Supporting Cast, and seamlessly connect your paid podcast to Spotify where subscribers can access your show where they already listen to other podcasts. Eligibility requirements
Subscriptions
- Host your show on Spotify for Creators
- Located in a market where Subscriptions are available
- At least 2 published episodes
- At least 100 listeners on Spotify within the last 60 days
Note: You need to meet all these criteria to be eligible.
Spotify Partner Program
- Host your show on Spotify for Creators
- Have a legal address in one of Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States
- At least 12 published episodes
- At least 10,000 global consumption hours in the last 30 days
- At least 2,000 people who have streamed on Spotify in the last 30 days
Note: You need to meet all these criteria to be eligible.
Payment service providers
