Access levels in Spotify for Authors
Access levels determine what you can see and do in Spotify for Authors.
You get an access level for each feature set, so you might have different access in different places.
Access level | What you can do |
|---|---|
No Access | You can’t access this feature. |
Read | You can access and read this feature, but you can’t make changes. |
Edit | You can access and make changes to this feature. |
Admin | You can invite and remove team members, and change team members’ access levels. Note: Admin is only available for team management, not other features. |
Edit isn’t available for some features where there’s nothing to edit, like audience insights.
Changing access levels
Only Admins can change access levels. You can see who your Admins are by going to Spotify Manage and selecting the team.
- Go to manage.spotify.com/teams.
- Select the team.
- Select the person whose access you want to change.
- Choose their access levels then click Save.
