Resetting your password

Accounts created with Anchor

1. Go to the login screen on Spotify for Creators web or mobile app
2. Hit Log in with Anchor.
3. Select Forgot password?
4. Type in the email address tied to your account.
   Note: If you used Facebook or Twitter to create your account, it should be the email address tied to that account.
5. Hit Reset password.

An email will be sent to your email address with steps to reset your password. The reset password link in the email expires after 1 hour.

Accounts created with Spotify

1. Go to the login screen on Spotify for Creators web or mobile app
2. Select to Continue with Spotify.
3. Hit Forgot your password?
4. Type in the email address tied to your account.
5. Hit Send.

Not received the password reset email?

• Check your spam and junk folders
• If you're using a Gmail account, check the Social tab
• Try requesting the password reset email again
• Make sure the email address you've typed doesn't contain any typos
• Your account might be under a different email address. Try entering other email addresses you might've used
