If you don’t remember your password, use password reset.

Forgot your email or username?

If you don’t remember your email or username, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. We will only send the reset email to a Spotify registered email address.

Note: There are a few ways to sign up, ex. with email, phone number, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.

Signed up with your phone number?

If you signed up with your phone number, you can log into your account page, mobile app, and the web player, but not on the desktop app.

To log in, enter your country code and phone number, and we’ll send you a login code via SMS. Note: If you didn’t receive a code, try selecting Resend code or try again later.

If logging in on a different device (other than your phone), ensure you have your mobile phone with you to receive the code.
