Seeing "You don’t have access"?

If you already have access but see this message when you log in, it’s possible you’re logging in to a different Spotify account.

Tip for authors: Your Spotify for Authors account is under the email address where you received your invite. Search your different email inboxes for the invite from author-invite@spotify.com.

If you can’t find the invite, try using other email addresses that you may have created an account with. Use password reset if you're unsure of the password.

Don't remember your login info?

If you don't remember your password, use password reset.

If you don't remember your email or username, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent.

Note: There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.

Lost access to your account?

If you can’t recover access to the Spotify account you use for Spotify for Authors, you’ll need to create a new account.

Publishers: Ask your team admin to invite your new account. If you were the only admin, contact us.
