Can't log in
Use your personal Spotify account to log in to Spotify for Artists.
If you don’t have access to Spotify for Artists yet, submit a request to connect your account to your artist profile or label team.
Already claimed your profile?
If you already have access but you're being asked to claim your profile again, it’s possible you’re logging in to a different Spotify account.
Try using other email addresses that you may have created an account with. Use password reset if you're unsure of the password.
Note: Your Spotify account login might be different to your business email. Your business email is where you receive Spotify for Artists emails and notifications.
Don't remember your login info?
If you don't remember your password, use password reset.
If you don't remember your email or username, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent.
Note: There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.
Lost access to your account?
If you can’t recover access to the Spotify account you use for Spotify for Artists, you’ll need to create a new account.
Then ask another admin on your team to invite your new account.
