Courses purchase refund policy
In addition to any rights to a refund that you might have by law, you can request a refund of your courses purchase if:
- The payment was made within the last 7 days; and
- You’ve listened to less than 50% of the course content
To request a refund, contact us.
Note: Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Spotify's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. For more information, check out our Courses Purchase Terms and Conditions.
When we process a refund, the course is automatically removed from Your Library.
