Charged but don’t use Spotify Premium
You may have accidentally signed up to Premium. Try logging in with any details you tend to use online.
Note: There are a few ways to sign up, ex. with email, phone number, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.
Paying for somebody else’s account?
Check your family or friends haven’t used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

Tip: Prepare a screenshot of your Spotify receipt or bank statement (make sure it doesn’t show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code).
