Equalizer

Find the right sound for you. Use the equalizer to adjust the levels of bass and treble in music and podcasts.

Note: You can’t change audio settings when using Spotify Connect to play on another device.

• iOS

  1. Tap your profile picture at the top.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy .
  3. Tap Playback.
  4. Switch Equalizer on , or off .
  5. Choose a preset, or drag the dots on the equalizer to find a sound you like.

• Android

  Note: If your device has a built-in equalizer, changes you apply also affect the sound of other apps.

  1. Tap your profile picture at the top.

  4. Under Listening controls, switch Equalizer on , or off .
  5. Choose a preset, or drag the dots on the equalizer to find a sound you like.
