Payments for Family plan
We’re introducing a new Family plan in your market, that allows up to 4 family members to join. You can also purchase up to 2 additional accounts if you need more accounts in your plan.
Note: If you signed up for Premium Family before November 12th, 2024, your current 6-member Family plan will remain unchanged.
How it works
- We only charge the plan manager (the person who signed up for the plan), never other members.
- We charge the plan manager the full amount, regardless of if or how many members join.
- The plan manager can buy up to 2 additional accounts. Learn how under ‘Buy additional accounts for your plan’.
Note: To buy new accounts, you need to add 4 members to your plan and have signed up with a recurring payment method.
Already have Premium?
If you already have Premium, your billing switches automatically - you don’t need to cancel anything.
- For plan managers: Your new payment date will likely be a few days earlier than usual to cover the price difference.
- For plan members: All payments are made by the plan’s manager. Any remaining Premium time you have is forfeited.
- For prepaid plans: Your plan begins after any remaining prepaid credit expires.
