Why have my sales on the sales reporting dashboard gone down?
Only a subset of our full network offers daily or real time reporting. This causes new sales data to be added in large chunks for some partners, and can create a sense that sales are changing more rapidly than is actually the case.
The data in this tool is completely provisional and is largely just us passing along the sales information the retailers are giving us. All of this data can change from day-to-day as adjustments are made, returns are processed, credit cards bounce, etc. Be assured that once you receive your official royalty report at the end of the month, all those issues have been sorted.
Of course, if your sales actually do start decreasing, we encourage you to check out our marketing guide and blog for ideas on how to bring new life to your audiobook.
