Change manager of Family plan

You can’t change the manager of a Premium Family plan, but you can cancel your current plan so a different manager can start a new one. 

  1. The current manager cancels the plan.
  2. Wait for all accounts to switch to free at the next billing date. 
  3. A different manager can start a new plan.

Note: Member accounts can’t be on 2 plans at the same time. To join a new one, they must either wait for the current plan to end, or leave the plan from their account page.
