Premium plans with other companies
We often collaborate with other services, such as internet and mobile service providers, meaning it's possible to subscribe to Premium through companies other than Spotify.
Subscribing to Premium through one of our many partners is a great way to access multiple services at a reduced rate.
Get Premium with another company
Details on how to activate your Premium plan should be available on the company’s website.
If you don’t have a Spotify account when signing up with one of our partners, an account will be created for you during the activation process.
Switch to Premium plan with another company
If you already subscribed to Premium or Premium for Family direct through our website:
- Cancel your existing subscription.
- Wait for your remaining Premium time to run out and your account to revert to Free.
- Sign up with the other company.
Don’t worry! You just need to contact the company your Premium account was created through and cancel your existing subscription. They’ll help you assign your subscription to the correct Spotify account.
If you’d like to cancel your plan or update your payment details, you need to contact the company through which the subscription is arranged. Spotify is not able to assist you with this.
