What is happening with Premium Lite?
We’re phasing out Premium Lite in Colombia starting August 19, 2025 for new users and October 22, 2025 for current subscribers.
What will happen to my Premium Lite subscription?
Your Premium Lite plan will end on your first billing date after October 22, 2025.
After that, your account will automatically switch to Spotify Free, our ad-supported service, unless you change to another Premium plan.
You can check your billing date under Your plan in your account page.
Will I lose my playlists, downloads, or account data?
No worries, your playlists, saved music, and account details will stay the same.
If you move to the Free plan:
- You’ll hear ads between songs
- Downloads won’t be available
Is there an offer to keep Premium?
Yes! As a Premium Lite subscriber, you get a limited-time offer available until your next billing date after October 22nd (as long as you remain a Premium Lite subscriber until then):
2 months of Premium Individual for the Lite price (COP 14,000/month). After the offer, your plan continues as Premium Individual at COP 18,500/month.
Premium Individual includes:
- Listen on more devices (not just mobile)
- High-quality audio
- All the other Premium benefits you’re used to (ad-free music listening, offline mode, and unlimited skips)
Can I go back to Premium Lite later?
No. Premium Lite will no longer be available after October 22, 2025.
