My account doesn't look right

If your Spotify account doesn’t look right, seems to have changed, or seems broken, you may be logged into a different account.

Things to look out for:

• Missing playlists/Liked music
• Missing Premium features
• Missing profile picture

To make sure you’re logged in to the right account, log out and follow the steps below:

• If you created your account with Spotify

• If you created your account with Facebook

• If you created your account with Apple ID
